What does a request mean?
In our document collection platform, a request refers to when you send a document collection request to your client. Each time you send such a request, it will be counted as one request towards your usage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment options.
What happens if I reach my plan limit?
When you get close to your plan limit, we’ll notify you by email with an option to upgrade and continue sending requests. If you hit your monthly limit, sending new requests will be paused until your plan resets.
